Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all amendments, addenda, and supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's kp999 Account, including real-money balances and any credited bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback credit, or reward issued by kp999 to a Player's Account, which is subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including CNIC document submission, proof of address, and payment method verification, as required by kp999 prior to granting full withdrawal privileges.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to kp999 is blocked, illegal, or otherwise not permitted under applicable local law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kp999 website at kp999.onl, registering a kp999 Account, or using any product, service, game, or feature offered by kp999, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current version, together with all policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kp999 platform and, if you have registered an Account, request closure of that Account via the kp999 support team. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

kp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account Holders via the contact information associated with their Account a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Eligibility & Registration

Registration and use of the kp999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of Account ownership:

• Age: You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. kp999 enforces this requirement strictly and employs CNIC-based age verification as part of the mandatory KYC process. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing kp999 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity does not violate applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Only: Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered kp999 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name as per CNIC, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate, truthful, and current. kp999 is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
• Not a kp999 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of kp999 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any kp999 promotion unless expressly authorised in writing by kp999 management.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. kp999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any and all activity conducted through your kp999 Account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is the sole legal responsibility of the Account Holder. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify kp999 immediately via the official live chat or email contact at [email protected].

• You must select a strong, unique password for your kp999 Account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must log out of your kp999 Account when using a shared or public device.
• You must not permit any other person — including family members — to use your kp999 Account credentials to access or operate your Account.
• kp999 is not liable for any losses, charges, or damages arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

kp999 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are not readable by kp999 staff. Login attempts from unrecognised devices or IP addresses trigger additional verification steps as a security measure.

Deposits & Payments

kp999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at kp999's discretion without prior notice.

All funds deposited to your kp999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kp999 does not accept third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to another individual. Any detected third-party deposit may result in immediate suspension of the Account and return of funds to the originating payment source.

Withdrawals

kp999 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods registered under the Account Holder's name. Withdrawal eligibility requires completion of the full KYC verification process, including submission and approval of CNIC documentation, proof of address, and payment method verification.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 for all PKR withdrawal methods. USDT TRC20 minimum is the equivalent of $10 at the prevailing rate.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) business hours. Delays may occur during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account withdrawal section. VIP tier status may affect applicable limits. kp999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence verification for withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only real-money balance resulting from completed wagering is eligible for withdrawal.
• Same-Method Policy: Where technically feasible, kp999 will process withdrawals via the same method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering control.

kp999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request, without being obligated to provide a specific reason for such verification to the Account Holder. Withdrawal requests pending verification do not accrue interest.

Bonuses & Promotions

kp999 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer:

• All bonus offers are available to Pakistani players aged 21 and above who hold a verified, KYC-complete kp999 Account in good standing.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met within the stated validity period before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in full for each offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per verified individual, CNIC, household address, IP address range, and payment method. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• kp999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, bonus arbitrage, or any other form of manipulation.
• Bonus funds and real-money balance are tracked separately in your kp999 Account. Wagering of real-money balance does not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless specified in the relevant offer terms.
• Where a Player withdraws real-money funds while a bonus is active, the active bonus and any associated wagering progress may be forfeited at kp999's discretion.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kp999 platform — including slot games, table games, live dealer games, crash games, fish shooting games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the specific game rules published within each game interface or sportsbook market. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• All software games on kp999 use independently certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by either the Player or kp999.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term statistical average payout rate and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or wager.
• Sports betting odds and lines are determined by kp999's trading team and are subject to change without notice prior to market settlement. Bets accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of placement are valid unless the bet is voided pursuant to these Terms.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connection failure during a live game or betting session, kp999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Account. No compensation beyond stake return is payable in the event of a technical failure.
• kp999 does not manipulate game results to the disadvantage of any individual Player or group of Players. Any allegation of game manipulation must be supported by independently verifiable evidence and submitted through the official complaints process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the kp999 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one kp999 Account per individual, CNIC, household, IP address range, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with kp999 support staff.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit pricing errors, or coordinated play intended to circumvent platform risk controls.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to access, probe, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the kp999 platform, including its servers, APIs, games, or payment infrastructure.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using offensive language toward kp999 support staff or other Platform users.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions or account-based restrictions applied by kp999.
• Allowing any third party to use your kp999 Account or operating a kp999 Account on behalf of another individual.

Responsible Gaming

kp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward all Account Holders seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified kp999 Account Holders at no charge and are accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player at any time. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before implementation.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits may be configured to cap total net losses over any defined period. Loss limits operate on the same immediate-decrease / delayed-increase rule as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that generate an on-screen alert after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains registered but access to gaming and deposits is suspended. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the kp999 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the verified request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months. Self-excluded players will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

kp999 actively monitors for behavioural indicators of problem gambling and reserves the right to proactively contact Players, restrict Account activity, or impose mandatory cooling-off periods where internal risk assessment identifies indicators of harm. Acceptance of responsible gaming interventions is a condition of continued Account access for affected Players.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the kp999 platform — including but not limited to: the kp999 brand name, logo, and trade dress; website design, user interface, and user experience elements; written content, marketing materials, and game descriptions; software, APIs, and platform architecture; and any other creative or technical assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of kp999 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Account Holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kp999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, or public display of kp999 content; creation of derivative works based on kp999 content; commercial use of any kp999 intellectual property; or scraping, indexing, or automated extraction of data from the kp999 platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp999 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; device hardware or software malfunction; third-party payment processor delays or errors; or force majeure events beyond kp999's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the kp999 platform, including game RTP figures, odds, or promotional terms, where such information is subject to change.
• Any gaming or betting losses sustained by a Player as a result of gameplay on the kp999 platform. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain, and no representation of profitability is made or implied by kp999.

Where kp999 is found liable for any cause under these Terms, total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Account Holder into their kp999 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

kp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any kp999 Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Confirmed or suspected underage account access.
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to prior written notice and the applicable dormancy policy.
• Receipt of a regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction or closure.

Upon voluntary Account closure by a Player, any remaining real-money balance — net of any applicable bonus deductions — will be processed for withdrawal to the Account Holder's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

Disputes & Complaints

kp999 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. The following process applies to any dispute arising from your use of the kp999 platform:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the kp999 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots or transaction references. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within four (4) hours.

kp999's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or platform operation — where supported by server-side game data — shall be final and binding. Players acknowledge that kp999's server-side records constitute the authoritative record of all gaming and transaction activity in the event of any discrepancy.

Amendments to Terms

kp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. For material changes — defined as changes that materially affect the rights or obligations of Account Holders — kp999 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior written notice via registered Account contact details before the amended Terms take effect.

In cases where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, amended Terms may take effect immediately upon publication at kp999.onl/terms-conditions, with notification to Account Holders to follow as soon as practicable. Continued use of the kp999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kp999 operates its international gaming services. kp999 operates under international gaming oversight standards applicable to online casino and sports betting platforms.

In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 14, the Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either Party's right to seek urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
